I have extensive experience working with fondant (homemade is so much better than store bought), American buttercream, Italian meringue buttercream, Swiss meringue buttercream, ganache, mirror glaze, and stabilized whipped cream frostings.
But there’s no reason that the outside of the cake should be more impressive than the inside! I’ve done rolled cakes, rainbow layers, vertical layers, and candy surprise “piñata” cakes.
Whether you’ve seen it here, somewhere else, or just in your head, we can make it happen!
Because all cakes and cupcakes take time to design, plan, bake and decorate (more complex cakes can take 15-20 hours to make), orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.
